During my recent stay at Palm Plaza, I had a fantastic experience exploring the hotel's vast grounds. The pool was good, offering plenty of sunbeds and surrounded by beautiful gardens. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of my senior suite, with a large dining area and modern bathroom equipped with a powerful shower. The hotel definitely has the potential to be a great destination.
Although there were a few small issues such as stains on the bed linen and a broken safe in my room, the staff members were quick to address these concerns once notified.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was always clean, and the hotel had great facilities including a bar, restaurant, and swimming pool. The location was convenient, with two shopping malls nearby and a fine view of the Atlas Mountains. The staff were friendly and competent, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.
Nothing I didn't like, to be fair.

The staff was funny and the room was non-smoking. Comfy beds, a safe, an iron and an electronic key card were a nice touch. This hotel was in a very nice area. On the whole good food; Dar Khmissa was in the vicinity.

The pool was big and marvelous. Sun beds were easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Good music and activities by the pool. Close to shopping center and supermarket. Towels changed daily.

The amenities and services offered at this hotel were simply luxurious. the spa experience was exceptional with a wide range of beauty treatments, massages and steam rooms. the leisure room was a great spot to lounge around and watch TV, and the sun terrace also provided a stunning view.
The only minor issue was with the poolside snack bar service, which seemed a bit slow. the quality of the refreshments and beverages more than made up for it.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside of the city center and is very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a small fridge and basic amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips and information. There is a lovely outdoor pool with free towels and a ping pong table for entertainment. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the city center.
The breakfast provided at the hotel is not appealing and the eating area is dirty.
