Palm Plaza Marrakech Hotel Marrakesh

During my recent stay at Palm Plaza, I had a fantastic experience exploring the hotel's vast grounds. The pool was absolutely delightful, offering plenty of sunbeds and surrounded by beautiful gardens. I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of my senior suite, with a large dining area and modern bathroom equipped with a powerful shower. The hotel definitely has the potential to be a great destination.

Although there were a few small issues such as stains on the bed linen and a broken safe in my room, the staff members were quick to address these concerns once notified. The wait staff and housekeepers were always friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was always clean, and the hotel had great facilities including a bar, restaurant, and swimming pool. The location was convenient, with two shopping malls nearby and a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains. The staff were friendly and competent, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, lovely swimming pool with snack bar for food and drinks. Unbelievable patisserie for dessert. Relaxing atmosphere, enjoyed aqua aerobics. Convenient location with shopping center, cinema, and shisha nearby. Spa with hamam facilities in good condition.

The staff was funny and the room was non-smoking. Comfy beds, a safe, an iron and an electronic key card were a nice touch. This hotel was in a very nice area. On the whole good food; Dar Khmissa was in the vicinity.

Stylish and fairly clean place, everything was great. The staff was courteous all that time. My room was luxurious, had a clean bathroom. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. I thoroughly enjoyed easy check in...

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it convenient for business travelers. The open setting with a lovely garden provides a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with a terrace offering a great view of the Atlas mountains. The staff at the room service and housekeeping are friendly and efficient. The breakfast is satisfactory with a decent variety of options.

The reception staff can be impolite and unhelpful, which can be off-putting for guests seeking assistance.

It's a low-budget place, fairly clean.

Hot drinks at snack bar, good service. Perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to K Night Club.

The breakfast I was offered was poor, it could be way much better.

The pool was big and marvelous. Sun beds were easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Good music and activities by the pool. Close to shopping center and supermarket. Towels changed daily.

The amenities and services offered at this hotel were simply luxurious. the spa experience was exceptional with a wide range of beauty treatments, massages and steam rooms. the leisure room was a great spot to lounge around and watch TV, and the sun terrace also provided a stunning view.

The only minor issue was with the poolside snack bar service, which seemed a bit slow. the quality of the refreshments and beverages more than made up for it.

Convenient location near shopping mall. Spacious suites with plenty of amenities. Relaxing pool area with clean facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fair pricing for the quality.

Nothing everything was great.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside of the city center and is very close to the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a small fridge and basic amenities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips and information. There is a lovely outdoor pool with free towels and a ping pong table for entertainment. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the city center.

The breakfast provided at the hotel is not appealing and the eating area is dirty.

The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained, with clean rooms, reception, and pool areas. the free shuttle to and from the city center was a great amenity, making it easy to explore the city. I also loved the variety and taste of the food in the main restaurant - it was a delightful culinary experience.

Some of the staff members were not as friendly or helpful as expected. One particular encounter with a staff member at the spa reception was rude and unhelpful.
